Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

Yes, we will send you an email and call you with further details

How can I pay for the service?

We accept all major visa/mastercard credit cards.  We accept payment in advance, so it is important to know how long you will need the vehicle for.

What if I need to keep the car a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

Not a problem.  We would need advance notice, so we won’t double book the car.  At that time we will run your card again for the new agreed upon timeframe.

Do you have mileage limit?

Our Daily mileage allowance is 100 miles.  If you have a 7 day rental, it’s 700 miles, one month, 3,000 miles.  Our roadside assistance agreement requires that you stay within a 200 mile radius.

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?

The only other charges would be tax.  If you do not have full coverage insurance, there would be an additional fee for that as well.

Do you have discounts for regular clients?

Yes we offer discounts for regular clients.  We also offer lower rates to Corporate accounts and Auto repair shops

Can I pickup or return the car on a location chosen by me?

We prefer that you return the car to the same location.  If you would like us to pick up the car for you, we can do that.  Please call us for details 877-762-7404

Do you have minimum or maximum booking length?

No we do not have a minimum or maximum.  We have clients that rent from Roadrunner Rental on a yearly basis.
